CLIENT RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE (ENGLISH COMMUNICATION)

1. Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
2. Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Care or Account Management.
- Good English communication skills (emails, meetings with partners).
- Professional, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude.
💰 Salary: 12–16 million VND/month + other benefits.
