The role is based in George, Western Cape South Africa

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Intelligence and Relationship Management

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date client information and ensure it is effectively utilised across the business.
  • Monitor and analyse client engagement with company services on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and ongoing relationship management.
  • Coordinate client meetings, feedback sessions, and engagement initiatives.
  • Support the development of client-centric strategies to enhance retention and satisfaction.

2. Operations Management

  • Coordinate internal scheduling, project timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage subscription licenses, office resources, and administrative processes.
  • Organise and track project meetings while ensuring the timely completion of all deliverables.
  • Support internal communication and contribute to marketing and client-facing initiatives.
  • Identify and implement improvements to operational systems and workflows to drive greater efficiency.
  • Provide direct assistance to directors on IT, compliance, and administrative matters.

3. Social Media Management

  • Manage the company’s social media profiles, ensuring consistent, professional, and high-quality content delivery aligned with brand standards and client objectives.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Experience

  • 2–5 years’ experience in client-facing roles.
  • Demonstrated exposure to CRM systems and client engagement strategies.
  • Proven experience in managing corporate social media channels.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Effective stakeholder and relationship management.
  • High attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and database management.

  • Familiarity with economic data sources and dashboards.
