Client Liaison Officer – Hospitality & Food Services | Olifantsfontein
A respected leader in the hospitality and food services sector, is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Client Liaison Officer to join their team in Olifantsfontein.
This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys working closely with clients, identifying opportunities for business growth, and ensuring service excellence. You''ll play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction, strengthening long-term partnerships, and supporting the company''s continued success.
Duties
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
- Conduct regular client visits, reviews, and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and feedback.
- Work closely with operational and sales teams to ensure service delivery exceeds expectations.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business development initiatives.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvement strategies where required.
- Assist in resolving service-related challenges promptly and professionally.
- Support the company''s commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What We''re Looking For
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- Previous experience within hospitality, catering, food services, marketing, or a related industry.
- Experience within contract catering will be highly advantageous.
- Food-related qualifications will be beneficial.
- Hotel, restaurant, or food service industry experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to conduct client reviews, surveys, and customer satisfaction assessments.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify sales and business development opportunities.
- Valid driver''s licence and own reliable transport are essential.
