Bay Bridge Management Group is hiring Client Sales Support Representatives throughout the Bay Area to work directly with customers and support AT&T wireless and internet services. Client Sales Support Representative Responsibilities
- Speak directly with customers to provide client support and service information
- Answer questions about AT&T wireless and internet plans, features, and coverage
- Assist customers with account setup, enrollment steps, and next actions
- Provide clear explanations to help customers make informed decisions
- Deliver a consistent, professional customer experience
- Support daily customer interactions while following established guidelines
- Document basic customer and account information accurately
- Work closely with team members to support daily activity and goals
- Escalate questions or issues appropriately when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Interest in client support, customer service, or customer-facing roles
- Clear communication skills and a professional attitude
- Reliable attendance and ability to follow structure
- Comfort working directly with customers
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, office support, or call center roles is helpful but not required.
