Crossroads Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team!
Located in Spring Creek Business Park in Zion Crossroads, VA, CRAH is a state-of-the-art, full-service small animal hospital serving cats and dogs. We provide wellness care, dentistry, surgery, dermatology, ophthalmology, laser therapy, diagnostics, and nutritional support — all with a strong commitment to Fear Free Certified medicine. We work hard to ensure every patient’s visit is as low-stress and positive as possible.
What You’ll Do
As a CSR, you are the first and last impression of our hospital. You set the tone for the client experience and keep the front of house running smoothly.
Your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming clients and patients with professionalism and warmth
- Managing a busy multi-line phone system
- Scheduling appointments accurately and efficiently
- Responding to emails and client questions
- Processing invoices and payments with attention to detail
- Coordinating communication between reception, technicians, and doctors
- Maintaining an organized and professional reception area
This is a dedicated client service position. It is not a crossover role with veterinary assisting. Our CSRs focus on delivering an excellent client experience and ensuring smooth front-desk operations.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of CSR experience (veterinary experience strongly preferred)
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning practice management software
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy clinical environment
- Dependable, team-oriented, and proactive

Schedule
- Four 10-hour shifts (4×10 schedule)
- Monday–Friday
- Hospital hours: 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM
