2. About the Opportunity: The Customer Service Specialist role involves managing customer requests and concerns related to enrollment, eligibility, claims, and reporting. This position supports cross-departmental collaboration to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction, directly contributing to improved service delivery and customer experience.
3. Responsibilities:
- Handle routine customer requests via phone and email, including enrollment, eligibility, claims review, and reporting
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper handoffs and follow-ups to investigate issues
- Utilize various internal systems to manage customer requests
- Participate in special projects and assigned tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned
4. Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role
- At least 2 years of experience with FSA/HSA product administration
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Outlook and Excel
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change, learn quickly, and follow instructions
- Ability to work under pressure and respond with urgency
- Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime when needed
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $36 based on full-time employment, depending on experience and other factors
