Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Executive for a full-time, on-site position in Gurugram. The Client Services Execuitve will oversee client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, address client needs and concerns, and coordinate internal teams to meet customer expectations. Responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services, analyzing feedback to improve processes, and maintaining clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Customer Satisfaction and Client Services to build and maintain exceptional client relationships.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate client requirements and improve service delivery.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-paced, on-site environment located in Gurugram.
- Proven time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in account management or a client-facing role is a plus.
