EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Executive Officer for Client Services to serve as the primary contact for our valued clients. This role requires a professional who can ensure client needs are met promptly and effectively while fostering strong relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in resolving client inquiries and coordinating with various internal teams to guarantee seamless service delivery. With excellent communication skills and a strong aptitude for presentation, the candidate will also be responsible for preparing and delivering impactful PowerPoint presentations that communicate service updates and value propositions clearly. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration to support the companys commitment to exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing their needs professionally, efficiently, and with a client-first approach.
  • Manage and resolve client inquiries by collaborating with internal departments to provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Prepare, design, and deliver clear and engaging PowerPoint presentations to communicate service updates, new offerings, and value propositions effectively.
  • Maintain and enhance client relationships through constant communication, feedback gathering, and service optimization.
  • Coordinate across multiple internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize excellent problem-solving skills to handle client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive client experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of company products and services to guide clients accurately and confidently.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer experience and contribute to client retention strategies.
  • Document client interactions and service issues accurately for record-keeping and performance analysis.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with client service best practices and presentation design techniques.
