Role Description The Client Services Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in the Tangail District. This role is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience throughout the customer lifecycle. Daily tasks include managing client communications, addressing service issues, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting billing or basic finance-related questions as needed. The Client Services Representative will monitor client satisfaction, document interactions, and assist in improving processes to enhance overall customer service quality. This role also involves maintaining accurate records and providing clear, timely updates to both clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Strong client services and customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and resolving issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening capabilities.
- Ability to support customer satisfaction initiatives, including gathering feedback and helping improve the client experience.
- Basic understanding of finance-related topics, such as billing, invoicing, or payment follow-up, to assist clients when needed.
- Relevant experience in a client-facing or customer support role, preferably in a sales, marketing, or service-oriented environment.
- Ability to work on-site in the Tangail District, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with common office software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Educational background in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is advantageous.
