ABS International is hiring a Customer Support Executive for our Gulshan-e-Iqbal branch.
Who We Are:
Established in 2009, ABS International operates as a direct US Principal — owning its brands, client relationships, and operations from end to end. We are not a sub-campaign operator and we are not dependent on someone else's contract. Our Karachi-based teams have been paid on the same fixed date, every single month, for sixteen consecutive years. That record has never been broken.
The Role:
This is an inbound customer support position focused on delivering a consistent, high-quality experience to US-based customers. You will be handling incoming queries, resolving issues, managing follow-ups, and ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and care. This is not a scripted ticketing role — it is a genuine people-first position where the quality of the conversation matters.
What You Will Earn:
Base salary of PKR 40,000 to 45,000 per month. PKR 3,000 attendance bonus paid every month. Performance-based monthly incentive. Salary disbursed on a fixed date every month — sixteen years, no exceptions.

What We Are Looking For:
Fluent spoken and written English is essential — you will be speaking with US customers daily and the quality of those conversations is the core of this role. Prior experience in customer support, call center, or BPO environments is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate is patient, composed under pressure, and takes genuine pride in resolving a customer's problem rather than simply closing a ticket. Fresh candidates with outstanding English and a calm, professional manner on calls are also welcome to apply.
Practicalities:
Fully on-site position based at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi office. Monday through Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Candidates must be able to commute to Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
