Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Client Success Manager to lead client relationships, drive account performance, and ensure overall program success. This role serves as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, strong partnerships, and achievement of key performance metrics.
The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts and build strong relationships
- Manage multiple projects and ensure performance goals (KPIs) are met
- Analyze campaign results, trends, and data to drive improvements
- Coordinate with Operations, IT, and Leadership teams to support program execution
- Provide insights, reporting, and recommendations to enhance client results
- Oversee account activities from launch to completion
- Support and guide team members to meet performance expectations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing
- 3–5+ years of experience in client services, account management, or marketing
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
- Experience working with performance metrics and reporting
Work Environment
- Hybrid role: 2 days remote / 3 days onsite in Mayagüez, PR
Additional Requirements
- Must reside in Puerto Rico
- Ability to work flexible schedules if needed
