Client Support Representative to support families with their wireless service needs. The Client Support Representative will meet with San Diego residents looking for clearer, more reliable wireless options and guide them through AT&T service enrollment as a trusted and practical solution.
As a Client Support Representative, you will educate customers on modern wireless plans, smartphones, and connectivity solutions. Each interaction focuses on helping customers understand available options and selecting services that best fit their needs. By maintaining professional enrollment conversations, the Client Support Representative supports customer acquisition and contributes to overall wireless growth throughout San Diego.
Responsibilities of the Client Support Representative
- Engage in professional, customer-focused conversations regarding AT&T wireless products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers in understanding service options by clearly explaining plan features, pricing structures, and available benefits.
- Support customers in selecting wireless devices and service plans that align with their usage and lifestyle needs.
- Facilitate new account setup, service activations, and enrollment processing in a clear and efficient manner.
- Provide a smooth onboarding experience by ensuring all required steps for account completion are accurately handled.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and enrollment activity to support team performance tracking.
- Collaborate with fellow Client Support Representatives to support overall service goals and customer satisfaction standards.
Qualifications of the Client Support Representative
- Under 2 years experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
- Dependable and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person customer environment.
- Reliable transportation to the office and customer locations
- Goal-oriented mindset with interest in performance-based growth opportunities.
Pay: $1,000.00 – $1,400.00 per week
