As a Client Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients looking for Verizon wireless solutions. Your goal is to build meaningful client relationships, provide expert guidance on wireless services, and ensure a smooth account setup process. With hands-on training and mentorship, this Client Support Representative role will help you gain valuable experience in the fast-paced client support and sales industries.

Key Responsibilities of a Client Support Representative

  • Engage directly with new clients to explain Verizon wireless plans, features, and promotions.
  • Assist with new sales account setups, upgrades, and service activations.
  • Educate Verizon clients on the benefits of our wireless solutions and identify the best package for their needs.
  • Maintain accurate account records and client details.
