Our growing psychiatry clinic is looking for an *Admin Assistant* to ensure smooth clinic operations and provide exceptional support to our clients and mental health practitioners.
Responsibilities:
✅ Manage daily administrative tasks to maintain efficient clinic operations
✅ Schedule and coordinate clients appointments while managing sessions records
✅ Assist clients with documentation and invoices
✅ Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
✅ Track client requests, updates, and important notes to enhance service quality
✅ Serve as the first point of contact, creating a welcoming and supportive environment
✅ Provide administrative support for psychiatrists and therapists
✅ Provide day to day operations reports

✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in clinic administration or client care (mandatory
)✔️ Strong organizational and multitasking skil
ls✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with clients and mental health profession
