As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven and personable Executive Assistant to join our talented team and support our ongoing success.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership. This is a pivotal role requiring discretion, precision, and a naturally polished approach. As a trusted right-hand, you will ensure the seamless coordination of the Director's day-to-day activities while playing an integral role in supporting the delivery of the Dominican Republic Superyacht Rendezvous playing a key role in assisting with event sales and partnerships.

You will be instrumental in managing communications, coordinating high-level meetings, and supporting client engagement processes to the highest professional standard.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing documents
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and track follow-up actions

Superyacht Rendezvous Support

  • Support the Director in all aspects of the Dominican Republic Superyacht Rendezvous from a client sales, partnership, and administrative perspective
  • Attend and assist in meetings with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Manage follow-ups from meetings, ensuring all actions are completed in a timely manner
  • Prepare reports, track progress, and maintain organised documentation
  • Assist with drafting proposals, contracts, and client communications
  • Support the overall sales process by ensuring leads and opportunities are followed up and managed effectively

Salary range for this role is – £30,000 – £35,000.

There is also a bonus of £500 for each client you work with who successfully converts. OTE – £60,000

Note: This role will require travel, mostly to the USA and Dominican Republic. Applicants must have a valid passport and be admissible to the US.
