Commercial Insurance CSR (4-40)
Successful Insurance Company in Jonesville is seeking a Commercial CSR to add to their growing team. Company has a great team environment, extensive training, and opportunity for advancement. Candidates should be friendly, dependable and reliable, organized, with professional presentation and possess their 4-40 license.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Answering and routing calls
- Providing customer service to clients who call in for various policy needs
- Calling/following up with insurance carriers on policies
- Data entry of insurance information
- Printing/reviewing reports, generating letters on Word and mailing them to clients
- Other tasks as assigned by the agents and management.
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ Customer Service experience in the insurance industry
- 4-40 insurance license required
- Capable Typist and computer user with proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Love working with people and providing great customer service experiences
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required
Position will work Day Shift, Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5pm and will pay 20 – 21/hr depending upon experience.
