Key Responsibilities:

• Answer client questions about services and attractions

• Make reservations for restaurants, tours, and events

• Keep the concierge database updated with current information

• Manage group and VIP bookings

• Prepare special attentions for guests

Requirements:

• Minimum one year in concierge or hospitality services

• DEC in tourism or related field

• Bilingual in French and English

• Strong computer skills

• Professional attitude and teamwork skills
