Role Description:
This is an entry-level, full-time, on-site role for a Conciliation Specialist located in Eastwood, Quezon City. The Conciliation Specialist is primarily tasked to assist and resolve conflicts raised by clients that have already scheduled a conciliation meeting through HLURB/DHSUD and overseeing the special handling of accounts under conciliation and ensuring that client concerns are resolved in the most efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Case manage accounts under conciliation.
- Facilitates communication with clients towards mutual settlement of accounts.
- Clarifies issues, concerns, needs, and interests of clients under conciliation.
- Conducts initial meetings with clients to outline or resolve disputes.
- Attends conciliation meeting set by HLURB/DHSUD.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management or a related field is a plus
- Preferably with knowledge or experience in a dispute resolution.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Projects confidence and a polished professional image.
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Can build rapport and handle complaints with urgency and empathy.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Amenable to work on-site at Eastwood, Quezon City.
