Our Business Development Center team is seeking a Contact Center Agent to join our team in Thailand. In this position you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels. The role focuses on providing accurate information, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide product or service information
  • Handle complaints, requests, and follow-ups professionally
  • Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary
  • Record and update customer information accurately in the system
  • Meet service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
