2. About the Opportunity:
The Contact Center Customer Experience Specialist delivers high-quality customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues via phone or email. This role involves researching and addressing problems related to accounts, fraud support, and internet operations. The position serves as a liaison between customers and various departments to resolve complex issues, ensuring customer needs are met with professionalism and accuracy. The role contributes to customer satisfaction and retention by providing clear information and personalized banking solutions.
3. Responsibilities:
• Respond to telephone and email inquiries, requests, and problems
• Research and resolve issues, including fraud support and internet operations
• Obtain and maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, rates, terms, fees, regulations, systems, and procedures
• Act as liaison between customers and internal departments to address complex issues
• Process customer inquiries using multiple systems
• Provide information on accounts with professionalism and accuracy
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable banking options to simplify their experience
4. Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum nine months of Contact Center customer service training/experience
• At least 18 months of prior customer service or related experience
• Completion of specialized skill training
• Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and utilize search tools
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Experience handling interactions with dissatisfied customers positively
• Clear and articulate communication skills with a pleasant tone
• Proficiency with computer navigation and Microsoft Office applications
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Pay range: $20.00 to $22.50 per hour, varying by location
