Duties and responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls as well as assist students who have specific inquiries
- Build customer's interest in the service and products offered by the College
- Provide personalized customer service of the highest level
- Identify potential students through databases, cold calling, follow up leads and telephone/personal contacts
- Ensure that all calls are routed to the correct resource on all occasions and all data are captured correctly
- Promote and enhance the College’s reputation by providing professional and effective assistance
- Communicate (verbally and written) information with team members and customers in an effective manner
Follow up and advice students in pursuing their studies and accordingly meet the College’s articulation target
Academic Qualifications
- A Diploma is essential
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College/University is preferable
Knowledge and Skills
- Must be accurate and pay close attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills and professional personal presentation
- Knowledge of consumer service practices and principles
- Bilingual (English & Arabic)
- Ability to work as part of a team in a multi-cultural environment and to cope with pressure in a positive manner while working to deadlines within a busy and demanding environment

3-5 years work experience in a similar position
