2. About the Opportunity:

The Coordinator I, Client Services is responsible for processing assigned submissions efficiently while serving as the primary client contact for those submissions. This role supports daily administrative operations and ensures timely, accurate communication between sponsors, investigators, and sites. The position contributes to the organization’s ability to maintain high-quality standards and meet client timelines, directly impacting the success of clinical trial processes.

3. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for Sponsor/CRO and Principal Investigator/site communications regarding submissions

• Conduct detailed administrative reviews of submissions and collaborate with study and site personnel to resolve issues

• Document and follow client requirements, including organizational and protocol notes

• Support the team by assisting with task reassignments and managing foreign language translation documentation

• Maintain accuracy, working with quality control to minimize errors

• Complete tasks within expected turnaround times and respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours

• Escalate customer or timeline issues to supervisors as needed

• Participate in process improvement initiatives

• Attend conferences, workshops, and complete assigned trainings promptly

• Process items ranging from MODs with minimal to greater ICF impact and handle PROs/SSUs/clients upon promotion

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum of two years customer service or office experience, preferably in a regulated industry

• Intermediate computer skills, proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Word and Outlook

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The base salary range for this role is $50,000 to $66,974, varying by location, skills, and experience

• This position may be eligible for a variable bonus, health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits
