We are looking for a relationship-focused Corporate Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team and support the growth of our corporate gifting business across Latin America.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, helping customers succeed, and identifying opportunities to grow business partnerships.
What You'll Do
Manage and Grow Corporate Accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend gifting solutions that help them achieve their goals
- Drive client retention through exceptional service and proactive communication
- Identify opportunities for account growth and partnership expansion
Develop New Business
- Prospect and engage potential corporate clients
- Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and follow-up meetings
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Convert opportunities into long-term client relationships
Collaborate Across Teams
- Work closely with Operations, Customer Success, Partner Relations, and Marketing teams
- Coordinate successful execution of corporate gifting campaigns
- Share customer feedback and market insights to support continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
Required
- Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or similar fields
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones

Location & Schedule
- Remote position
- Ability to work and collaborate during LATAM business hours
Salary range: USD $1,200–$1,800 per month, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
