ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of Novibet, a leading GameTech company with international presence, is looking for Customer Care Agents to join their customer support team.

📍 Location: Athens

📄 Contract: Permanent, full-time position

⏰ Working hours: Shift rotation

⚙️ The Role

As a Customer Care Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless and high-quality user experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Support customers via live chat, phone, email, and social media

• Handle inquiries related to accounts, payments, login, verification, and betting options

• Resolve issues (e.g. payment errors, access issues) efficiently and professionally

• Manage complaints and provide appropriate solutions

• Record and track customer interactions

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases

• Contribute to improving customer experience through feedback to Product teams

🔍 What we are looking for

• High School Diploma or University Degree

• Fluency in Greek and English

• Previous experience in a similar role or call center will be considered an asset

• Computer literacy

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Ability to work in shifts
