Job description

As a specialist, you will assist homeowners with their existing mortgage accounts. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Escrow & Payments: Providing Escrow Analysis support and scheduling/processing payments for pre-existing mortgage loans.
  • Documentation: Filing tickets for bank or mortgage statements.
  • Customer Education: Explaining complex Escrow Analysis clearly and empathetically to homeowners.
