About The Role

The Customer Service Representative at VXI Global Solutions plays a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support. This remote position involves handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and troubleshooting issues related to online portals and account management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills, capable of providing first-call resolution and building positive relationships with customers. Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience

  • Typing speed of 25 WPM with 95%+ accuracy

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and accept feedback
  • Comfortable appearing on live video calls in a distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers via inbound phone calls
  • Address inquiries related to the program and troubleshoot issues with online portals
  • Strive to achieve first-call resolution to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions using company tools
  • Maintain high standards of quality, schedule adherence, and call handling efficiency
  • Mentor and guide less experienced team members as needed
  • Perform additional duties related to customer support and team collaboration as assigned
