Role Description The Customer Care Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Colombo District. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive service experience. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up on pending requests, and coordinating with internal teams to address customer needs. The Customer Care Executive may also support basic sales activities, such as providing product or service information and guiding customers through available options. This position requires consistent adherence to company policies, service standards, and performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills focused on timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Customer Satisfaction, with an ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in a professional setting.
  • Candidates should possess basic Sales skills, including identifying customer needs and presenting suitable products or services.
  • Relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a service-oriented or corporate environment.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Colombo District, manage multiple tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency with common office software and customer management tools; willingness to learn new systems.
  • Secondary or higher education qualification; additional training in customer service or business is an advantage.
