Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Customer Care Executive role based in Gurugram. The Customer Care Executive will handle incoming calls, messages, and emails from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate product and order information. The role includes tracking orders, coordinating with operations and delivery teams, and ensuring timely updates to customers. The Customer Care Executive will document interactions in the system, follow up on open cases, and escalate complex issues when necessary. The role may also involve suggesting suitable products, supporting basic sales conversations, and gathering feedback to improve customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear, empathetic, and professional interaction style.
- Basic Sales skills, including upselling and cross-selling, with a focus on ethical and customer-centric practices.
- Ability to use customer support tools, CRM systems, and basic office software efficiently.
- Prior experience in customer care, hospitality, food, or retail sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an advantage.
