Role Description
This is a full-time on-site internship role for a Customer Care Intern located in Muscat. The intern will assist in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by handling inquiries, providing support, addressing concerns, and delivering solutions. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining positive customer relationships, collecting feedback for service improvement, and collaborating with the team to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide exceptional support and address client needs effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills to ensure clear and empathetic interactions with customers.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate customer needs and feedback for improving services.
- Experience or interest in Customer Support processes, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with travel, hospitality, or technology platforms is desirable.
- Enthusiasm for problem-solving and delivering a seamless customer experience.
