Role Description

We’re looking for a customer-focused, solutions-driven Service Representative to join the Residentia Group team.

This is not your standard call centre role — you’ll be at the centre of our aftersales operation, owning customer outcomes, solving problems, and delivering a best-in-class service experience across our appliance brands.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Care Professional, located in Dandenong, VIC, with two days in office and three from home.

What we are looking for

  • Strong customer service experience (appliances, retail, or technical preferred)
  • Confident communicator with problem-solving mindset
  • Experience with CRM systems (Zendesk highly regarded)
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
