Job Description / Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding company products and services.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare customer service reports as required.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with customers.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Skills Required: Customer Support through Phone, Customer Service Quality Control, Customer Relationship
Experience Requirements
- At most 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Candidate with experience will get preference
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Bangla and English.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and email communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer issues.
