Job Summary:

The role holder will be responsible for undertaking customer success/support, account management roles, to improve Manafa’s CS backend operations..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries across various channels (SAMA care, phone, email, live chat, and social media) with a focus on creating efficient and smooth interactions.
  • Provide customer service to clients promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients for growth of client loyalty and engagement.
  • Work with team members to achieve overall CS performance standard.
  • Understand client's needs and provide full support to them.
  • Maintain the standards for regulatory requirements in developing CS system and appropriately manage official customer complaints to regulators.
  • Follow up and resolve client complaint.

Knowledge / Skills:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extremely detail – oriented with ability to successfully multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Confidence, self-awareness and a desire to improve your skills.

Experience:

  • Graduate with 0-1 years of experience in the Financial or Technology industry.
