📍 Location: Smouha, Alexandria, Egypt (On-site)

Location Requirement: Applicants must currently reside in Alexandria, Egypt.

🕒 Employment Type: Full-time (Saturday to Thursday From 10 AM – 6 PM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer care and support through multiple communication channels.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow up until resolution.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services through up-selling opportunities.
  • Guide customers in using CliniSoft's healthcare software solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Care, Customer Support, or Customer Service.
  • Previous experience or strong interest in Sales and Up-selling is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand and explain software solutions.
  • Patient, adaptable, and able to work under pressure while achieving targets.
