Job Purpose

What will be your key responsibilities?
You will support a strategic project across Customer Service, Logistics, and Sales designed to revolutionize our customer collaboration processes. Focusing on order management, optimization, and claims, you will be key in understanding current gaps, driving resolutions, and establishing new, mutually beneficial ways of working with our customers.
Your main tasks will include
- Resolving inefficiencies in the order-to-cash process, by improving information quality and driving digitalization
- Analyzing data to identify optimization opportunities (e.g. route-to-market and ordering profile) to ensure smoother operations
- Managing end-to-end claims process, from understanding the issues, through retrieving or creating documents, to successfully reconciliate with customers
What are we looking for:
- Education: University degree (or graduating) in Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related business field
- Languages: Greek native language and fluency in English
- Mindset: Results-oriented and customer-focused approach
- Aptitude: Digital and learning agility with processes and systems
- Capabilities: Analytical expertise to interpret data and provide valuable insights
- Execution: Detail-orientation and planning skills to handle operational tasks effectively
