We are looking for a Customer Complaints Specialist who is passionate about customer satisfaction and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and resolve customer complaints across multiple channels (Calls, Email, WhatsApp, CRM)
• Follow up on complaints until full resolution and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with Operations and concerned departments to resolve issues efficiently
• Ensure compliance with SLA and service quality standards
• Document and track complaints accurately through CRM systems
• Analyze recurring issues and recommend service improvements
• Prepare reports related to complaints and customer satisfaction metrics
• Handle escalated and sensitive cases professionally
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in Customer Service or Complaint Handling
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases
• Experience in the services or facilities management sector is preferred
• Arabic speaker with good English communication skills
