2. About the Opportunity:
The Customer Concierge Specialist plays a key role in managing the post-purchase experience. This position ensures a smooth transition from sale to installation by maintaining proactive communication and coordinating logistics. The role impacts customer satisfaction directly by providing clarity, addressing potential issues early, and fostering positive relationships that encourage referrals and long-term loyalty.
3. Responsibilities:
• Own the customer relationship starting 24 hours after contract signing
• Provide a clear, confident roadmap through the post-purchase process
• Manage a strategic communication schedule including initial kickoff, warehouse notifications, scheduling, final confirmations, and quality check-ins
• Coordinate with warehouse and installation teams to ensure seamless logistics
• Identify and resolve potential bottlenecks before they affect the customer
• Serve as a brand ambassador to drive customer satisfaction and referrals
4. Requirements:
• Proven experience in high-touch customer service, concierge, or production coordination roles
• Self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills and emotional intelligence
• Proficiency with CRM systems for documentation and communication
• Strong verbal and written communication skills able to explain process timelines clearly
• High School Diploma or equivalent
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Base Pay: $50,000 – $55,000 (Paid hourly)
• Variable Incentive: Monthly bonus structure based on referability
• Total Compensation Potential: $65,000 – $70,000+
