This is a full-time, in-person opportunity designed for individuals who want to build experience in customer service, sales, and client support. No prior experience is required — full training is provided for every Customer Enrollment Assistant.
What You’ll Do as a Customer Enrollment Assistant
As a Customer Enrollment Assistant, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Assist customers directly in person or through approved communication channels
- Support customers with account questions, Verizon service options, and enrollment steps
- Help guide customers through available products using a structured sales process
- Explain services and options in a clear, easy-to-understand way
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Support daily team sales and service goals
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience in every interaction
- Represent RM Equity Partners as a Customer Enrollment Assistant in all customer-facing activity
