In this role, you’ll help customers understand what fits their needs, complete basic enrollment steps, and provide clear guidance in a professional, service-focused environment.

This is a full-time, in-person opportunity designed for individuals who want to build experience in customer service, sales, and client support. No prior experience is required — full training is provided for every Customer Enrollment Assistant.

What You’ll Do as a Customer Enrollment Assistant

As a Customer Enrollment Assistant, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Assist customers directly in person or through approved communication channels
  • Support customers with account questions, Verizon service options, and enrollment steps
  • Help guide customers through available products using a structured sales process
  • Explain services and options in a clear, easy-to-understand way
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Support daily team sales and service goals
  • Deliver a professional and positive customer experience in every interaction
  • Represent RM Equity Partners as a Customer Enrollment Assistant in all customer-facing activity
