We are looking for a motivated Customer Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing Inside sales team. This is a newly created position driven by our continued business growth.
You are the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout pre-sales, order management, and post-sales processes. The Customer Executive position may vary in content between individuals and depends on the specific customer requests, the complexity of applications, the type of customer and the level of expertise.
What you’ll do
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Take ownership of the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring high service quality
- Co-ordinating quotations and orders with internal teams and monitoring performance
- Ensure delivery in line with customer service levels
- Is responsible for pricing and margin checks, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders
- Oversee customer stock management and collaborate with teams to optimize levels
- Manage customer deployment schedules and order instructions accurately
- Ensure orders and invoice queries are resolved in a timely manner
What you’ll need
- MBO level 4/HBO, working and thinking level.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or internal sales (IT industry – B2B environment is a plus)
- Proactive customer focus and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership and solve problems proactively
- Good understanding of business processes and customer expectations
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Demonstrates a growth mindset with a strong willingness to learn and continuously improve
- Enjoys working in a team environment and can also work independently
