  • Experience in handling customer queries through calls, chats, or emails.
  • Ability to cross-sell banking products and achieve sales targets.
  • Knowledge of banking products, processes, and customer servicing.
  • Strong complaint handling and customer resolution skills.
  • Understanding of compliance, security, and fraud prevention requirements.
  • Ability to accurately document customer interactions and maintain service quality standards.
