Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer surveys and feedback to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement creative, data-driven solutions to enhance customer experience.
- Proactively reach out to customers with tailored resolutions based on findings.
- Manage time-sensitive issues while meeting tight deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions for quality assurance (QA) purposes.
- Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.
- Review and respond to BBB complaints with well-structured, customer-focused solutions.
- Lead and contribute to customer-facing projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or customer experience roles.
- Familiarity with Moving Help services or similar industries.
- Experience with QA monitoring, complaint resolution, or customer analytics.
