  • We are looking for a Customer Experience Associate who will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional support and insights to our users.
  • This role goes beyond traditional support—you will actively engage with customers, identify friction points, and work cross-functionally with product, tech, and operations teams to improve the overall user experience.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction & Support
  • ● Handle customer queries across chat, tickets, and calls in a timely and professional manner
  • ● Deliver high-quality, empathetic support with a strong focus on resolution and satisfaction
  • ● Own customer issues end-to-end and ensure closure within defined SLAs Customer Insights & Feedback
  • ● Conduct user research through conversations, feedback loops, and structured outreach
  • ● Identify recurring issues, behavioral patterns, and pain points in the customer journey
  • ● Translate customer feedback into actionable insights.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • ● Work closely with Product and Tech teams to drive faster resolution of bugs and issues
  • ● Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and other teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • ● Proactively escalate critical issues and follow through to closure Process Improvement
  • ● Suggest and implement improvements in workflows, SOPs, and support processes
  • ● Contribute to building knowledge bases, FAQs, and internal documentation
  • ● Continuously look for ways to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction Required Qualifications
  • ● Minimum: Graduate (any discipline)
  • ● Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ● Ability to handle customer conversations with empathy and clarity
  • ● Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail 
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • ● Prior experience in fintech or financial services will be preferred
  • ● Exposure to handling global/NRI customers is a plus
  • ● Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and support analytics
  • ● Experience working in fast-paced startup environments What We’re Looking For
