2. About the Opportunity:

The Customer Experience Associate I serves as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their account questions and technical concerns. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer service by resolving issues related to SSL, servers, and relational databases. The position directly impacts customer satisfaction and contributes to maintaining accurate customer profiles.

3. Responsibilities:

• Identify customer needs and resolve issues related to SSL, servers, and relational databases

• Perform routine call center tasks related to business products and services

• Use provided tools to guide customer interactions

• Communicate important information with empathy and clarity

• Update customer profiles and accounts with gathered information

• Apply computer knowledge to support customers effectively

4. Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to pass a criminal background check

• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience

• Typing speed of 30 WPM or higher

• Knowledge of desktop and portable devices

• Familiarity with relational databases, SSL, and/or servers

• Wired internet connection meeting speed and ping requirements (Download 10 Mbps+, Upload 3 Mbps+, Ping < 175 ms)

• Secured workspace with a door separating it from the rest of the home

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Starting pay is $17.31 per hour, full time, weekdays 11 am to 8 pm EST

• This position may be eligible for bonuses or incentives based on business needs.

• Actual salary may vary depending on location, experience, and performance.
