About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Experience & Phone / Electronics Repair Specialist to join our Seabrook location with a fast-track path into store leadership. This is a hands-on, hybrid role combining front-of-house sales execution with back-of-house repair work, while developing the skills needed to take on leadership responsibilities.

This is an ideal role for someone who wants to grow into a Store Lead or Manager position, take ownership of performance, and play a key role in store operations.

What You’ll Be Doing (Primary Focus)

  • Drive front-of-house sales and deliver strong customer experience
  • Perform device repairs (primarily phones, with additional devices as needed)
  • Support daily store operations including intake, quoting, and workflow coordination
  • Maintain high repair quality and consistency
  • Assist in keeping the team aligned on priorities and expectations
  • Accurately document work orders, repairs, and parts usage in POS

Leadership Development Expectations
This role includes active development into leadership responsibilities, including:

  • Supporting day-to-day store organization and execution
  • Helping reinforce standards around sales, repairs, and customer experience
  • Assisting with team communication and operational consistency
  • Taking increasing ownership of store performance over time

Growth into a leadership role will be based on performance, reliability, and ability to lead by example.

Technical Training & Support Expectations
This is a hybrid role requiring competency in both:

  • Sales and customer experience (FOH)
  • Device repair and diagnostics (BOH)

Structured training will be provided, but candidates are expected to learn quickly and operate confidently across both areas.

Compensation & Growth

  • Competitive hourly base pay
  • Uncapped commission tied to sales performance
  • Pay is negotiable based on experience and may be evaluated through in-store assessment
  • Fast-track advancement into Store Lead / Management based on performance
