Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to efficiently address customer needs
- Experience in Customer Experience management and crafting positive engagements during interactions
- Friendly and empathetic approach to client relations paired with problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment
- Basic technical proficiency in using customer service software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in customer service or related fields
