Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience & Sales Associate for a full-time, on-site position based in Garfield, NJ. In this role, you will interact directly with customers to fulfill orders, provide product information, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. You will also support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs, processing transactions, handling inquiries, and assisting in maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to drive customer engagement and align with the company's goals.

- Customer Service and Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities with a customer-first attitude.
- Sales and Negotiation Expertise: Skills in upselling, cross-selling products, and building genuine customer relationships to meet business objectives.
