- Handle customer inquiries through different communication channels.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up when needed.
- استقبال استفسارات العملاء عبر مختلف قنوات التواصل.
- تقديم تجربة مميزة للعملاء.
- معالجة استفسارات وشكاوى العملاء باحترافية.
- التنسيق مع الأقسام الداخلية لضمان رضا العملاء.
- تحديث بيانات العملاء والمتابعة عند الحاجة.
Requirements | المتطلبات
- Fluent in Arabic with the ability to speak the Saudi dialect.
- Good English communication skills.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Customer Experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- All nationalities are welcome to apply.
- إجادة اللغة العربية مع القدرة على التحدث باللهجة السعودية بطلاقة.
- مستوى جيد في اللغة الإنجليزية.
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في خدمة العملاء أو تجربة العملاء.
- مهارات تواصل وحل مشكلات ممتازة.
- جميع الجنسيات مرحب بها للتقديم.
