Job Role:
- Managing the end-to-end customer journey post-sale,
- Ensuring a seamless experience from contract signing through property handover and after-sales services.
- Focuses on maximizing customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries and complaints efficiently, and collaborating with internal engineering and operations teams to maintain premium service standards.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
2–5 years of experience in customer service or customer experience
Experience in real estate or property management in Egypt is preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems
