Job Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to support customer engagement, feedback collection, and sales support activities across CertainTeed businesses. This role involves handling inbound/outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, chats, and surveys while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries related to products, installation, and promotions

* Handle inbound calls, emails, chats, NPS surveys, and outbound follow-ups

* Capture customer insights and feedback using Salesforce

* Promote CertainTeed products and identify sales opportunities

* Collaborate with CX, sales, and plant teams to improve customer satisfaction

* Support knowledge sharing and process improvements within the team

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree or 3–5+ years of customer service experience

* Experience in customer support, call center, sales, or product support preferred

* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

* Salesforce experience is a plus

* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
