• Deliver top-tier support via phone, email, and chat

• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions

• Handle escalations with professionalism and empathy

• Take on ad-hoc tasks and adapt in a dynamic environment

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Contact Centre / BPO (Financial Services is a plus)

• Strong command of English (average) & Mandarin (spoken & written)

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

• Ability to work under pressure and exceed expectations

• Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
