Your role includes ongoing communication with clients and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to resolve inquiries

• Provide administrative support, including claims processing

• Train and support Service Representatives

• Review, validate, and process claims daily

• Recommend process improvements for better efficiency

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 5 years in customer service or claims analysis

• Bilingual in English and French

• Proficiency in MS Office tools

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
